Hugo DARRAGON, (minime) nous crédite d'un 1'04" au 100 nage libre cet aprem à la piscine de Saintes (17)

Franck BECANNE boucle les 20 km de Béhobie Saint Sébastien en 1h26'06" et son copain Philippe BRAVIN en 1h29'09'' . Franck nous raconte :  "15 000 au départ sur les 18 000 prévus en raison du climat. Départ dans le bon pack a 11h00 pétante. Ensuite gros brouillard avec grosses gouttes et vent en rafale parfois favorable mais le plus souvent défavorable.  Aucune fatigue particulière et surtout pas de sur-régimes de ma part. Cette course reste encore comme un  exemple en ce qui concerne l'organisation, le déplacement des spectateurs (même par mauvais temps). L'arrivée est toujours aussi magique avec des gens par milliers qui vous porte comme si vous étiez la star du Week-end !!! Que du bonheur après 1h26 de douleurs !!! Comme d'habitude, impossible de croiser Bravinus qui termine en 1h29min29sec."

Stéphane DECRESSAC nous écrit de Clearwater (Floride) : "Apres un long voyage, enfin arrivé a clearwater....mais sans le velo, on le recuperera peut etre demain soir... bien crevé du voyage, content d'etre ici une chambre superbe avec vu sur mer (photos demain pour le petit dej sur terrasse. Bonne temperature, plus de 20 degres ce soir à 20h00. Bonne nuit de repos et petite natation demain matin."
