of the class' future: summonable runic weapons that repeat your
attacks, unleashing blood worms, lots of spell deflection and minor
self-healing, frost-based crowd control, turning yourself into a
controllable Ghoul for 45 seconds when you die, exploding enemy
corpses and swarms of unholy insects. We already know that later
skills include the ability to summon Ghoul minions and even
resurrect players as Ghouls they can control, with Ghoul abilties.
Starting at level 55, however, the mechanics were simple and the
pace a touch slow, but it's obvious these concerns will melt away
in the space of a handful of levels - the rune system pretty much
guarantees depth. But depth isn't the problem. What the Death
Knight needs to achieve to revive the art of tanking in WOW is a
gratifying sense of power coupled with easy-access utility, and
it's immediately, patently a success, thanks to Death Grip if
nothing else. We've no doubt that WOW's first new class in four
years will be another classic from the masters of class design.
Talent show It's hard to know which of the challenges that face
Blizzard is harder; introducing a new class to such a stable and
strong line-up, or developing the existing ones without either
imbalancing or them or undermining their personalities. On the
latter, it's harder to tell if Lich King will be a success, with
only talents to go on at the moment. He just wants to be loved.
It's certainly true that some talents shout a lot louder than
others. Fury Warriors get Titan's Grip - the ability to hold a
two-handed weapon in one hand, although it slows your attacks - and
it's not even their top talent, that being a Heroic Leap that
slams, damages and stuns enemies in a small area where the warrior
lands, sounding almost like the Barbarian skills shown in Diablo
III on the same weekend.</p>

<p>Protection Warriors are also well looked after, with free Shield
Slams and a Shockwave that damages, stuns and aggros enemies in a
cone in front of them. None shouts louder than the Demonologist
Warlock's Metamorphosis, known within Blizzard as ""Illidan Form""
because it transforms the player into a demon for 45 seconds that
shares the same - absolutely beautiful - character model as the
Burning Crusade raid boss. You get full health and mana, 360 per
cent armour and a limited line-up of demon abilities: a charge, a
shadow bolt, fire area-of-effect damage around you, multiple-enemy
melee attacks and a fear spell. Other show-stoppers are Enhancement
Shaman's ability to summon spirit wolves, Shadow Priests' ability
to disperse into pure shadow to massively reduce damage taken, Holy
Priests' Guardian Spirit that follows party members and dies in
their stead, Fire Mages' transformation into living bombs, and
Balance Druids' Starfall, a rain of up to 20 stars that do both
direct and area-of-effect damage. Less showy but more intriguing
top-tier talents include Subtlety Rogues' Shadow Dance, which
instantly pops them into stealth every 3 seconds for 9 seconds, and
will probably cause howls of rage for every other class in PVP; and
Restoration Shaman's Spirit Link, which distributes damage between
a friendly target and its nearby allies, a very interesting
threat-management skill. It used to be hard to find this sort of
thing on the Internet. In terms of the more profound changes
discussed at the panel, the Hunter seems to be getting the biggest
overhaul in Lich King, with the new pet-training system. This
dispenses with pet skill points and replaces them with a trio of
talent trees for Hunter pets, one that enhances tanking, one that
increases damage, and one that improves all-round utility. Could
pet tanking in a group become truly viable as a result.</p>

<p>Also interesting were that Shaman totems would be streamlined,
affecting the entire raid rather than just the party, and the class
would also be given an emergency crowd-control spell called Hex.
Meanwhile, Rogues will be allowed to sap beasts, dragonkin and
demons as well as humanoids, giving them a lot more utility in
dungeons. Our look at Lich King's content last month left us deeply
impressed. When it comes to class content - the new skills and
systems doled out by the expansion, and how they'll affect the
game's dynamics and social ecology - it is naturally much harder to
read. <a href="http://www.wowgold4europe.de/">wow gold</a> It all
sounds quite exciting, with a decent balance of toys and fixes, but
only a good long spell of bedding-in on the beta will prove if
Blizzard has done the right thing. And it might take a little
longer than it should - because everyone, but everyone, will be
playing a Death Knight... " "There are some sensational new
abilities coming for most of World of Warcraft's character classes
in second expansion Wrath of the Lich King: of course there are. As
much as every player of Blizzard's massively multiplayer monster
can't wait to tear across Northrend, delve into its dungeons and
batter its new battleground - all of which we discussed in detail
in last month's preview and interview - there is a part of you that
cares about nothing more than new toys to trash with. The level
70-80 skills themselves are still largely under wraps, but we did
get to explore the new talent trees at Blizzard's Worldwide
Invitational event in Paris this past weekend, and some of them
made our eyes pop: Fury Warriors dual-wielding two-handed weapons
and a breathtaking demon form for Demonologist Warlocks in
particular. <a href="http://www.gamesavor.com/">wow gold</a> Deeper
changes were discussed at a developer panel, including a complete
revision of the Hunter pet system that gives pets their own talent
trees. More on these later. But there was one skill that, for us,
eclipsed even these, and it doesn't come at level 80, or the top of
a maxed-out talent tree. <a href="http://www.gamesavor.com/">world
of warcraft gold</a> It comes at level 55, for a freshly-minted
Death Knight, Lich King's unholy new hero class: the Death Grip. In
the grip of death Death Grip warps space to instantly teleport an
enemy to the Death Knight's position, from up to thirty yards away.
It then forces the enemy to attack the Death Knight for three
seconds. In the parlance, it's a ranged pulling and aggro spell,
extremely useful for tanking (soaking up damage and protecting your
allies). The Dwarf Death Knight. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-FR.aspx">wow gold</a>
Wasn't he in Legion of Doom. But that's a dry and utilitarian
description that doesn't remotely cover the outrageous, hilarious
sense of power you get from simply plucking hapless monsters out of
the ether and dumping them under your sword. It's the Death Knight
all over: no cast times, no tricksy positioning, just instant
gratification, tanking without pain, slaughter without pause.
Designed to address the shortage of tanks in the game - due to the
necessity for classes like the Warrior and Paladin to decide
between doing decent amounts of damage, and taking it - the Death
Knight is designed to do a balance of both and, simply, make this
crucial and demanding group role more fun. <a href=
"http://www.mp3playershopping.de/">mp3 player</a> Based on our very
limited hands-on with the class at WWI - we could take level 55
Death Knights for a run around the Eastern Plaguelands with their
handful of starting skills, and no talent points to spend - it
should do that with ease. Death Grip alone seems to guarantee it.
Ultimately, Death Knights will have their own adventuring zone to
start in, and a home town called Ebon Hold they can teleport to at
any time, though these weren't in the build of Lich King at
WWI.</p>

<p>They also start ready-equipped with a mount - an 'epic' one at
that, a Death Charger (zombie horse) with the full 100 percent
speed boost and the riding skill to go with it, easing cash drain
considerably when you start. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-DE.aspx">wow gold</a>
Any race can be a Death Knight; Tauren, Orcs and male Draenei have
an imposing mass in their heavy black plate armour,</p>

improve your Blood Presence, boosting your total health and those
of your party, as well as granting the useful Mark of Blood. This
spell will have particular use in instances and party running, as
it grants your entire party 10 percent of their maximum health when
a marked creature dies, as well as transferring 5 percent of the
healing done to the marked creature to all your party members.
Health is a particular focus of talents in the Blood tree; Blood
Gorged boosts your damage by up to 10 percent when you have over 75
percent of your maximum hit points. There are also talents that
boost your attack power based on your total armour, and ones that
increase the health and strength of you and your party when your
Blood Presence is activated. The top of the Blood tree also
provides some fun bonuses. Heart Strike reduces your target's
health by 20 percent for 30 seconds, and Dancing Rune Weapon can
double your melee damage for a certain amount of time by creating a
replica of your main weapon that mimics your attacks for up to a
minute without the need for any additional runes or action on your
part. The final tree we got to play with was Unholy. This is
reminiscent of the skills attributed to the Necromancer in Diablo
II, and looks likely to come into its own at higher levels when you
can summon minions to fight by your side. It brings back the old
favourite spell Corpse Explosion, as well as boosting the strength
of you and your summoned minions and increasing the damage and
effects of your disease-related spells. Runic Power is the one new
mechanic with the Death Knight we are yet to cover.</p>

<p>It is essentially a hybrid between energy and combo points and
is required for a range of impressive moves. It is displayed via a
small arc-shaped meter to the right of your character portrait.
When the meter is full the entire blade that backs your portrait
and rune bar glows blue to let you know it's time to unleash all
hell on whatever poor beastie you're beating. Runic Power decays
with time and is generated as you burn up runes when casting
spells--with talents available in all trees that boost power gain
from certain skills--and is used up as you call in certain skills.
<a href="http://www.wowgold4europe.de/">wow gold</a> These either
consume all Runic Power available in one hit--Death Coil converts
it all into a powerful shadow blast--or drain it slowly to maintain
a spell's effect. One such slow-draining skill allows you to summon
a gargoyle from the heavens that exists for as long as you have
Runic Power available (or up to a minute). Combined with skills
that boost your speed and critical strike chance as you fight,
these skills look likely to make the Death Knight a fearsome force
once he or she gets going. <a href="http://www.gamesavor.com/">wow
gold</a> We look forward to sitting down with the game for an
extended period and reporting back on the next 25 levels' worth of
skills and talents, and how the gameplay changes for the Death
Knight as you become more powerful. Stay tuned for more
information. " "PARIS--We've seen a fair bit of what's to come in
Wrath of the Lich King, the second expansion to Blizzard's mammoth
MMO World of Warcraft; we've slain foes in Northrend in a recent
visit to Blizzard's Southern California offices, run through the
Howling Fjord at last year's BlizzCon, and heard all about the
changes to the raiding system.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.gamesavor.com/">buy wow gold</a> We'd also
heard a lot about the game's new class, the Death Knight, but
hadn't been able to actually play with one--until now. Before we
get into the heart of the matter, let's recap. When you get into
the expansion, you will be able to create a Death Knight if you
have a character of level 55 or higher, but you will only be able
to have one per account per server, according to the latest
information from Blizzard. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-FR.aspx">wow gold</a>
Unlike other classes, this character can be any race you
wish--which is likely to annoy those who take their lore seriously.
After creating a Death Knight you're dumped into in the middle of
the Plaguelands, the scourge-ravaged area home of the ruined city
of Stratholme, to the east of Tirisfal Glades, home of WOW's
undead. Your Death Knight starts life at level 55--that's five
levels below the pre-Burning Crusade level cap--with a selection of
mostly uncommon gear (greens), with a rare (blue) weapon. <a href=
"http://www.digihedo.fr/">mp3 players</a> The selection of spells
is limited; you have one ""presence"" available, blood, which
boosts damage by 15 percent and heals you to the tune of 4 percent
of the damage you do. The most obvious difference as you enter the
world is your character portrait; surrounding your portrait and
health bar is the blade of a vicious-looking sword, with six
glowing, coloured runes embossed on the blade beneath your health
bar. The runes represent the three new types of spell castable by
the Death Knight, as we'd previously been told. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-DE.aspx">wow gold</a>
These are essentially global cooldowns for those classes of spell,
with two bites at the cherry--in the initial setup, at least.</p>

(SL/SL ofc in 1v1) Most
locks are easy (low geared etc...) but geared locks are harder (i
think impossible) than rogues or wariors (R and W are our
anti-class) So few times i met good geared lock and 1v1 fight was
like /lol n00b huntrad, you cant kill me No pillars, no buildings
no enviroment just me vs sl/sl lock Fight was realy like joke.
DOT+Pet+Drain Life, nothing else (yes without fear or DC) I could
not kill him, he send pet on me, i fast FD+Rapid Fire+Aimed Shot,
if he start Again Drain Life Silence Shot after 3s Draing again, i
put Detterence (to avoid pet hits and no Steady or Aimed(for MS
effect) cast increase) and ""nuke"" heh crit with Aimed for 1900
O.o, ok Scatter+Trap(i had lucky, no CD on his trinket maybe) on
lock and fast kill pet, Aimed again and he used 0,5s pet summon pet
again. No CD so i try run out of range from Drain Life (if i
remember good he have 25yd for Drain Life and i have 41yd for
shots) but my buttons was red (Out of range) but he still Drain me
O.o how is this possible. and im down, he was on 80%+ Hp heh is
this normal. I in pvp gear(maybe i have pve gear on if you inspect
me): 13k Hp, 410 Resil, 37% crit, 1900+ AP, MM build
(1xS2,2xS3,2xS4) he have 4xS3,1xS4(hands) gear (i think his and my
gear are not much different for our class) and he have 13,7k Hp,
475 resi and 1250 spell dmg, nealy all gems are +stam + resi and
few +spell dmg (maybe for socket bonus) so how can lock have so
high spell dmg if he have gems with stam and resi.</p>

<p>this high HP, resi and SL (-20% dmg) are impossible kill, you
can call me n00b if you want i just want know how to kill SL/SL
lock who have gear equival to you. And as i said he dont kited me,
or hidding he just stay in 1 place and DOT+Drain, and this is not
skill. or exp. " "Fellow hunters, Wrath of the lich king must be a
good time for the hunters, that's why i opened this thread. Post
idea's for hunter skills here, I'll open up. Spiritual release.
Mana cost:. As you have a strong connection with your pet, you have
the ability to open up your pet's life, your spirit will go into
your pet, turning it into a Beast with great force, high speed, but
vurnable. <a href="http://www.wowgold4europe.de/">wow gold</a>
Cutting your Health by 70%, but increasing strenght and agilty by
70%, your pet become's a true god. Could be a BM talent or lvl 80
skill. Hope this interests someone. <a href=

your health at least as closely as you are, constantly asking for
heals when going under 30-40% health is like saying your priest is
incompetent and an insult to us. I revalue that this is an
semiautomatic function on cosmos, but please turn it off, otherwise
every time you get into a war your priest will start spamming
""Fight"" and ""Hit the mob"" over and over again. My priest forget
to heal me and I died A common misconception, priests don't forget
to heal you, they let you die. Sometimes they simply can not heal
enough of the party if a pull goes intense. In this case a priest
first concern is to prevent a wipe of the group, and this largely
means healing the heaved tank, other party members may have to be
sacrificed and rezed later. wtf I'm a heaved tank and the priest
let me die while he healed the coward druid As I mentioned above
the priest first concern is to prevent a wipe of the group.
Sometimes its obvious that you simply are not going to win whatever
nightmare war you have got yourself into. At which point a priest
may very legitimately run and hide until the mobs leave and return
and rez the group, however in some cases the priest has already
attracted aggro and knows he will never get absent. At which point
he may see added class which can rez running absent, so a clever
priest will do everything he can to insure they get absent. My
brother plays a druid, so I know if it every goes down and he gets
absent he can return and rez me then I can rez everyone else,
strangely priest do have some spells which draw massive aggro so in
that case I will use them and heal my brother so that he can escape
and shadow meld until the danger has gone.</p>

<p>Why is my priest #@%$!ing most loot Everyone is entitled to take
what they will use. However what you WILL actually use yourself is
not the same as what you CAN use. If you really intend to put on
something do say, but if your just going to vendor an item then the
priest is just as entitled to roll on it as you are. A priest can
only put on cloth so most items dropped he cannot use, however he
still has to buy spells to heal you with and these cost gold.
<a href="http://www.wowgold4europe.de/">wow gold</a> Since my
priest is here to heal he needs no buffs right. A priest needs
buffs just as much as you do, when grouping I ever communicate
party members not to worry most giving me move buffs but fit buffs
and mental buffs like Arcane Intellect are sorely needed. Mages
this also applies to your water. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/">wow gold</a> Heal yourself If you can,
heal. Say you're a pally or druid remember that when the @#!t
really hits the fan the priest is going to be intent on keeping the
heaved tank alive, sometimes he can be chain casting to do just
that. He may not have time to do anything else. <a href=
"http://www.wowgold4europe.fr/">wow</a> So if you can heal yourself
in a tight spot. Warlocks Make sure you put that soulstone on your
priest rather then yourself, because your priest can then rez
everyone else. Pet classes Remember that we can not see your pets
health like we can see the groups health exerciser, we have to
manually target your pet to see its health, and guys remember when
the war gets hairy we have a lot on our plate, however there's no
harm in asking ""can you heal my pet"" every now and again, because
we may just have not have time to check it.</p>

<p><a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-FR.aspx">wow gold</a>
Pallys There is nothing worse then getting through an instant
getting most of the way there then dying, only to discover that the
two pallys you have with you haven't bothered to do the quest to
get resurrection. Do the quest, beauty please. I am a priest how do
I learn more. <a href="http://www.mp3playershopping.de/">mp3
player</a> Read the forums, communicate for and listen to advice
from other priest and definitely check out this post from the US
every well priest should know Remedy's work backwards.
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx. fn=world of
warcraft-priest&t=68148&p=1&tmp=1#post68148 You may
conceive that none of this matter's however assume in mind that
while you can get absent with it now at higher levels having a
priest in your group can really make a difference, even at lower
levels if you offend a priest enough he or she will never group
with you again. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-DE.aspx">wow gold</a>
I'm lvl 26 right now, and usually with 2 minutes of logging on I
will get 2 or 3 tells from players asking me to join their groups
because I have healed well for them before, those players who have
looked after me I will do my up most for, however those that I have
grouped with and completely break every above rule I will
remember.</p>

to do so, so keep an eye on their mana forbid and listen for Out of
Mana (out of mana) shouts. If your priest shouts Out of Mana during
a war if you immediately go and enter added war straight after you
can expect little or no healing. Let the priest kill Many priests
have an knowledge called Spirit tap. If your priest asks ever when
possible earmark them to kill a mob on very low health, not ever
possible I know, but if a mob is running absent with just a sliver
of health left toward the backwards of your group where the priest
is anyway let the priest kill it. The spirit tap knowledge allows
the priest to nearly double their mana regeneration for 15 seconds.
This means that the priest will have more mana to heal with sooner.
Healing and damage. Priest can deal damage and they can also heal,
however they can't do both at the same time, I doubt your priest is
stood at the backwards of your group is doing nothing, more likely
he is renewing you and therefore is not in a position to be wanding
the mob as well. Why isn't my priest healing me with bounteous
heals. For this priest and many others our favourite healing spell
is called renew, this spell does not just replace a huge chuck of
health at once, but instead it repairs damage to you over time. So
every 3 seconds you will get x hp repaired. The reason we like this
so much is because it's a) mana efficient when we spend talent
points on it and b) it does cause aggro like a regular healing
spell except the aggro it causes is spread over the duration.</p>

<p>As such this allows the tanks to gain their own aggro up with
the mobs and avoids the priest getting hit on. Small vs bounteous
heals Sometimes however the opposite will arise, and you be
fighting while your health gets lower and lower and the priest is
still wanding absent. For a priest how to heal is very much taste
and philosophy. Some take the little and often move but others
prefer to use a bounteous heal like greater heal when your health
is low. So don&#65533;t start calling for help when your health
goes beneath 50%, the priest may be waiting for the right time to
cast a bounteous heal on you. However if your playing with this
sort of priest make sure you manage that aggro. A bounteous heal
may take 4 seconds to cast but every time a caster gets hit it
partly resets their cast time. If they get hit often enough they
may never actually finish their cast time. If you can't manage
aggro, they can't heal you. Priest Shields A lot of tanks hate
getting shielded as they conceive it stops them gaining rage,
however this is not true, testing posted on the US forums has shown
that shields do not have a significant if some effect on rage
generation. Also and more legitimately a warrior dislikes shields
as they conceive it draws a lot of aggro to the priest for them to
get off. Partially true, a shield generates only half the amont of
aggro that a heal does for the same Hit points/Health&#65533;s, a
shield is very useful when used right. <a href=
"http://www.wowgold4europe.de/">wow gold</a> If the priest cast
shield before a war has begun it draws no aggro, and reduces damage
taken by at tank at first, usually by the time a priest is called
on to start dishing out heals he has regenerated that mana
spent.</p>

<p>Furthermore its instant cast, if a tanks health is really low an
instant shield, an instant renew then a few seconds to brew up a
nice bounteous heal can be mana costly and gain hate, but it could
also save the tank when in a tight spot. " "So you've got/want a
priest in your group Priests are often frustrated that other
classes do not revalue how to work with them, and its very much in
your interest to know how to work well with your priest so that
your groups are more successful, wipe less often and you finish
more quests and level faster. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/">wow gold</a> You may be reading this as
a non-priest because someone you have grouped with suggested you do
so, please take this stuff on commission and you will enjoy the
game more when grouping with a priest. I have put together my
thoughts on the things you need to assume in mind when grouping
with a priest. How hate or aggro works in world of warcraft In Wow
each mob you are fighting will move whichever feature with which it
has the most hate or aggro. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WoW-PowerlevelingService-US.aspx">wow
power leveling</a> Different members of the group build hate
through three heaved methods. 1) By pulling the mob. This can be
done by taking an offensive state against the mob such as a ranged
move or by entering its aggro circle. <a href=
"http://www.digihedo.fr/">mp3 players</a> The aggro circle is an
invisible circle around each mob that when a player enters it will
move. The aggro circle is supported on level, so for example a lvl
10 feature will enter the aggro circle of a lvl 15 mob at a far
greater distance then a lvl 15 feature, while a level 25 feature
would have to be virtually stood on top of a lvl 15 mob to trigger
an move. 2) By doing damage to a mob, once a mob is pulled it will
move the puller, however it can switch and move added feature if
that feature deals sufficient damage to it. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-FR.aspx">wow gold</a>
So say a mage pulls a mob from a room towards his group that mob
will run to move the mage, however the tank in the group can built
hate by taunting and doing damage, the mob will then switch and
move instead the tank. However the mage may continue to do damage
and it entirely possible the mob will turn again and move the mage.
3) When a mob that is alive of you sees you healing. <a href=
"http://www.gamesavor.com/WOW/WorldOfWarcraft-DE.aspx">wow gold</a>
This is why a priest shudders when someone says ""All on one mob!""
Now this is important if you have a priest in your group.</p>
